By using Byewebp you agree to these terms. The service is a free tool that converts images between file formats inside the user's browser.

1. Acceptable use

Convert only files you have the right to use. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, overload systems or attempt to bypass security.

2. Local processing and your responsibility

Processing takes place on your device. You are responsible for checking output before use and retaining the original file. Visual changes can occur, particularly because GIF is limited to 256 colors.

3. Service availability

The service is provided “as is.” Uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed. Features may change for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Byewebp is not liable for indirect losses caused by data loss, incompatible output or inability to access the service.

5. Intellectual property

The Byewebp name, logo, site design, text and software belong to Byewebp and may not be copied without permission. You keep all rights to the files you convert. Byewebp claims no rights over them. Format names such as WebP, GIF, PNG and JPG are used only to describe file types and belong to their respective owners. Byewebp is an independent project and is not affiliated with any company or organization.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country remain unaffected.
